Please provide an update on the following:
CAUTION - Area of Hay St. & Ponchartrain in Lakeview. Responding to a report of an attempted armed robbery, units are searching for a tall B/M who fled on foot, and may be hiding nearby. Please check to make sure your doors and windows are locked, and call 911 should you see anything suspicious in the area.
Also, I understand there was also an armed breakin on Colbert St. this weekend.
