You can also create a Yahoo group and cross promote on other folks' groups. Might I also suggest appointing someone to be a Publicity/Public Relations Assistant and sending a press release out to every magazine,newspaper, and civic organization in Orleans & Jefferson Parish.
I own a few online retail websites and would love to dedicate a portion of my monthly gross sales to ProjectNola. You would need to register with Paypal and send me an email with the email address associated with that account, so I can transfer the funds from my account to yours.
Additionally, I would be more than happy to auction off items on my sites to raise money for ProjectNola. If there is any other way that I can be of assistance, please let me know.

create a group on facebook you can post your link advertise the site, explain its benifits....there are a lot of neighborhood groups and buisnesses with facebook.. Its easy to do...no cost...and no maintence. I can set it up but need permission from you. I use it to promote my schools program,,,which is training EMTS. Its been a great way to keep up with all my students.
