sirrom70130 : 500 blk burgundy - victim and perp getting in vehicle = perp shot at victim through vehicle and struck him (grazed) lett shoulder - they both took off running toward st louis = perp shot again and missed - turned corner toward dauphine and OOPS NOPD coming up street - perp shot at NOPD - they got him FAST....crime scene just finished processing vehicle for prints and picking up bullet in parking lot across street

This is part of 900 St. Louis - at first police didn't know that it had started w/ shooting on Burgundy. Both perp & victim were entering vehicle @ 500 Burgundy when incident began. Ran to St. Louis etc. Victim now out of hospital.
