Rank downgrades "Panic" alarm to code1, and says to let the next watch take it 3 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 38
Residential panic alarm dispatched at 14:02 on the 4500 block of Fort MaComb Rd in NOE. With no units available, dispatch advised 7th dist. rank unit 710 that a code 2 panic alarm was holding in the stack. At 14:06, u710 ordered dispatch to downgrade the panic alarm to a code 1, and to hold it in the stack until the next watch.

At 14:40, the call was successfully dispatched to the following watch. The item number was 8315.

NOTE - Before anyone gets upset reading this, rank may have been aware of a history of false alarms coming from the house.
