!fullalert - NOPD units are on the scene of a shooting near Olive and Short. Reports are that the victim is a female with a gunshot wound to the stomach. EMS has been requested on the highest priority and multiple units are working crowd control in the area. Units are stating that the perpetrator vehicle may be a blue Chevrolet Tahoe with dark tint on the windows fleeing toward Jefferson Parish.
