Live scanner wont work 4 Years ago  
I cant get the live scanner to work on my compter. Any suggestions on how to make it work?

Hello. Although the player auto-loads... it does not begin to auto play. To listen, click the dark grey play button, found towards the bottom left of the player. If you have to, try using another browser. If you still cannot get it to work, please let me know what browser you are using.

i can not get scanner show up on new page at all iused internet explore 8 nor on old page jpo or kenner scanner please help it did work at frist but not now

I tried using IE8 and Firefox...neither would load the Fire/EMS scanner.

It sounds like you need the latest version of adobe flash player. You can go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to get it.
