KENNER – On Friday, January 29, 2010, at 8:49 pm, Kenner Police responded an armed robbery at Dreams Communications & More, located at 3227 Williams Boulevard. The owner was exiting his business when he was approached by three men in the parking lot. One of the men produced a revolver, struck the owner in the head, grabbed his backpack, and pushed him into a nearby alley. The owner retrieved his personal weapon and shot the would-be robber, who died on the scene.

 

(Suspect # 1) Angel Armando Hernandez, age 34, of New Orleans, Louisiana (Deceased)

 

(Suspect # 2) German Alberto Hernandez Zuniga, age 25, of Covington, Louisiana

 

(Suspect # 3) remains at large

 

Detective Joseph McRae is in charge of the investigation.
