Suspect Wanted For Attempted Burglary
New Orleans, LA - Members of The New Orleans Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an attempted residential burglary that occurred on September 1, 2010 at approximately 10:35 A.M. in the 2200 block of Wirth Place.
According to investigators, on September 1, 2010, the suspect attempted to kick in a rear door of a home at which time the victims dog chased the suspect out of the rear gate of the yard. The incident was partially captured on the victim’s surveillance camera.
Attached are photographs of the wanted suspect.
Citizens with information about this crime and that can identify the suspect are asked to call CRIMESTOPPERS at 822-1111, toll-free 1-877-903-STOP(7867). Callers could receive a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the responsible person and they do not have to give their name nor testify to receive the award.
