On 5/18/10, at approx 3am, the victim was walking westbound on Camp St
approaching Calliope St when three unknown black males began to follow
him. The vic proceeded to walk, and when he reached the intersection
of Camp at Felicity one of the subjects demanded the victim turn over
his money to them. The victim stated he removed his wallet from his
bag and gave it to the perpetrator, who opened it up and found there
was no money in it. The perpetrator then struck the victim with a
closed fist knocking him to the ground. The three perpetrators then
fled the area.

The three suspects are desribed below:
Suspect 1: Black male, approx 5'9"-5'11", last seen wearing baggy
clothing and purple hat
Suspects 2 and 3 were both black males wearing baggy clothing, no
other description provided.

If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact the
NOPD at 821-2222 or dial 911 for an emergency response. You may also
call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 822-1111 and may be eligible for a
reward.
