On Saturday, July 17, 2010, at 8:20pm, the victim, 37 y/o W/F, and her
husband, were walking in the 100 block of Carondelet when they were
approached by an unknown black male. The suspect pulled the victim’s
purse from her grasp and fled on a bicycle on Common toward St
Charles, then unknown.



The suspect is described as a black male, 25 to 30 y/o, 5’8”, 170lbs,
short hair, wearing a black t-shirt and black pants.
