Gist: The victim let the ex-boyfriend in to retrieve his belongings. The subject became irate, produced a 95g and began striking the victim about the face and body. He made the victim perform oral sex and have sexual intercourse with him, then fled.

Gist: The victim and arrested subject were involved in a verbal altercation. The arrested subject got a knife from the kitchen and stabbed the victim in the forearm.
