Zone L subzone 3 On Saturday, February 6, 2010 at approximately 2:00 am officers were dispatched to the 7800 block of Plum to investigate a call of two suspicious subjects pulling on door handles of vehicles parked in the block. Upon arrival the officers were met by a witness who was detaining one of the subjects for the police. Police interviewed the witness and learned the subject detained was observed entering an unlocked vehicle that did not belong to him. Joseph Nolan, black male, 05-08-64 was arrested and charged with the offense. Additional information on this arrest and/or subsequent prosecution can be obtained via the Docket Master at ww.opcso.org.
