 NOPD Need the Public’s Assistance in Locating a Missing Central City Woman

(May 4, 2012) – Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Cicely Rizzuto, who was last seen on Friday, April 27, 2012, at about 8:15am, at her residence in the 500 block of Sixth Street.

Police say, Rizzuto’s mother is concerned since this is the first time she has not communicated with her daughter in such a long period of time.  

Cicely Rizzuto is described as a White Female male, 5’03” tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds. Rizzuto was last seen wearing a black and purple sundress, hello kitty with guns sticking (Hip Tattoo).
