Suspects Wanted For Carjacking
New Orleans, LA -The New Orleans Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a carjacking. The offense occurred on April 26, 2010, at approximately 11:45 P.M., in the 4400 block of
Iberville Street.
According to investigators, the victim was on the passenger side of her vehicle unloading property when one subject approached armed with a handgun. The subject demanded for the victim handover the property at which time the victim complied and gave the subject her keys. The subject passed the keys over to another subject who then entered the vehicle. The subject then advised the victim to look away while both subjects drove off in the vehicle.
One suspect is described as an African American male with a brown complexion, early 20’s in age, approximately 5’9” in height, approximately 140-160 pounds and having chin length thin braids. He was last seen wearing an oversized dark colored short sleeve shirt, dark colored hat, dark colored pants and was armed with a silver handgun.
The second suspect is described as an African American male with a dark complexion, early 20’s in age, approximately 5’11” in height, approximately 150-160 pounds, longer chemically relaxed hair and having a lanky build. He was last seen wearing an oversized dark short sleeve shirt and baggy dark colored pants.
